The Best Apple Ad Ever?
Feb 18You know when you surfed to apple.com, you'll see dynamic/changing ads on the first page everytime you refresh. Over the years, Apple has been designing top-notch advertisement. I think their philosophy is be different, don't look good, look GREAT, advertise with sleek design and further advertisement will be from mouth to mouth (like from this Apple fangirl). Oh, of course the I'm PC I'm Mac ads but I'm pretty sure that's just for fun, not so much for advertising.
Do people get showcased in their ads? They used to be. Now it's more of just product + tag line, or software + features. So, Apple fangirl in action presents you this. Click on it for the original large version. Now all of you can say, "YOU WISH!". Thank you very much.
Ah, rainbow geek!

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do
They're really saying I love you.
Pat: Photoshop, you suck!
Photoshop: No.. YOU suck...
Pat: No.. it is SO you...
Photoshop: Oh please.. just suck it all up and admit you suck...
Pat: Uh.. whatever.. I suck
When the road is easy and non-slippery, that's when you most probably slip and fall.
If this blog were a magazine, what would it look like?
Oct 21It's after my Chinese 3 test. I rounded up my will /membulatkan tekad/ to stay in NUS Central Library until late night to get some studying going. But nanana... it always ends up with some stupid website, some stupid inspiration, and some stupid ideas.
I love retro/popart look, besides those simple ones. And maybe it will look like this.
And... if it's like from the outerspace, it will most probably look a little bit like this. I'm not making any sense!
So, people, next time you need to study, bury your head onto your books, not onto your macbook. Remembe Remembe /Inga.. Inga../
Pixelmator
Oct 20Haha.. another reason to get a mac, including the fact that a new series of macbooks are now on sale

Is it better than Photoshop? Nah.. GUI-wise, yup yup. But.. functionality-wise, let's say it's a total eye candy that I can't stop myself from learning how to use it. And.. it does have certain filters that Photoshop doesn't. Also.. it's always nice to learn new things right?
Here is the screenshot of Pixelmator at work. See how the 'bucket' to fill the background pops up when you click on it. Eye candy! That's really one of the things that I love from mac apps.
And, as I'm learning from tutorials, the wallpaper below was created in round 10-15 minutes. The wonder of Pixelmator and its filters... YEAY.... maybe I need to import it to Photoshop to make it nicer haha...
