(RED) iPods and iTunes Gift Card
I've always known that (RED) products have been around for sometime now, but it's only today that I've got to do some research of this initative by Bono, U2 lead singer to fight AIDS in Africa. It's good to hear as there are currently 8 9 partners including American Express, Apple, Converse, Dell, Emporio Armani, GAP, Hallmark, Starbucks and Windows.

Basically, what customers have to do is just to buy a normal product from one of the partners either with (RED) sign or the colour of the product is red, and part of the proceeds go 100% to those AIDS victims.

The New iPod[s] and iTunes

So what do we know? One day we accidentally clicked on Safari, and the default Apple page came out. And what's there? The new iPod nano chromatic (I WANT THE YELLOW ONE!!), a new iPod Touch (which looks like an iPod 3G, btw) and a new iTunes 8.
But what's even more interesting, for me, is the nano-chromatic. Ahh.. remember the Japanese phones? It's just the era of putting together all those colourfuls gadget to make it look nice. Nice publicity
and iPod Touch... I don't really like it though. It's just like a 2nd rated iPhone. Buy it only when you can get it for free (buy a mac, get an iPod promotion until 16th Sept).
Oh ya.. and check how thin all these iPods are. Reminds me of those days when my brother was still using the super thick Creative Zen 
And the price... has dropped a lot?? HOHOHO.
