What's so great about Gmail? We've got yahoo, hotmail, why do we need to sign up for another email service and risk not remembering anymore of our passwords?
See, a while back my mom has always had others read and reply her e-mails. She had never once touched a keyboard on her own. It used to be a yahoo mail, then a company e-mail address and she always got her assistant to print any important e-mails for her to read, and then she will read out whatever she wanted to reply and tell her assistant to type that out and send.
But things changed after I got her first Gmail for her. Not voila extreme kinda change, but she started reading funny emails forwarded by her friends, then she started reading her important mails with someone helping her. Not long after that, she started getting online on her own, messing up the computer, forwarding funny e-mails to her kids and friends, and she even gtalked me!
Haha, anyway the main point of this post is this one feature from Gmail Lab, the Undo button.

So let's say you got impulsive fingers like mine, just itching to click send, and a few seconds after that you realized something needed to be added, or something's misspelled, or sent gossip to the wrong person! So in that few seconds, you can click Undo and then yeay the 'Sent' is undo-ed!
Haha but be careful, the Undo button only comes a few seconds after you sent the e-mail, not forever!
There you go, another reason for using Gmail, besides the fact that it is by far the coolest webmail in this era. Hoho. Even my ucdavis.edu email uses Gmail. How 'bout that?
